PLEASE NOTE: Participating in one of Presencia’s Introductory Class is Mandatory before starting the MBSR Program

The MBSR program is a commitment of ONE DAY PER WEEK OF 2.5 HOURS LIVE ONLINE SESSIONS and EACH WEEK YOU WILL BE GIVEN PRACTICES TO DO AT HOME.

NOTE: THE FIRST AND LAST CLASS ARE 3 hours in length

ONE ALL DAY SESSION: THE ALL DAY SESSION IS USUALLY HELD BETWEEN SESSION 6 AND 7 USUALLY ON A SATURDAY.
